Security reports
For suspected vulnerabilities. Use SECURITY - <app name> as the subject.
How to report a security issue →We answer support emails Monday to Friday during business hours (Eastern Time) and aim to reply within one to two business days.
What to include
These details help us solve your problem faster:
- App name and version. You can find these in Jira under Apps → Manage apps.
- Your Jira Cloud site, for example
yourcompany.atlassian.net. - What you were doing, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- Which app: Excel Exporter, ProjectClone (Free) or ProjectClone Pro.
- The Job ID, for ProjectClone Pro. It is shown on each copy and on the Logs page.
- Screenshots or error messages. Please remove anything confidential first.
Please never send passwords, API tokens or confidential project content.
Licensing and billing
Appix apps are sold through Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian handles purchases, free trials, renewals, invoices and refunds. You can manage your subscription in your Atlassian site under Apps → Manage apps, or through Atlassian's Marketplace licensing help. We are happy to help with any app-specific licensing questions.
