Review the partner privacy policy linked from the Marketplace listing before installing ProjectClone. For questions about data processed by your installed version, storage, retention, deletion, or support access, contact ProjectClone support.
When requesting help, share only the information needed to explain the problem. Remove credentials, personal information, and confidential project content from screenshots and logs.
Permissions & Admin Review
Review the app permissions shown during installation and the integration details on Marketplace. Your Jira administrator should assess whether these permissions are appropriate for your organization.
- Test your intended cloning workflow in a suitable test project before wider use.
- Review the destination project's permissions and configuration after cloning.
- Contact support if the requested permissions or app behavior need clarification.
Certifications & Scope
Appix and ProjectClone do not claim independent SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification on this page. Atlassian's certifications apply to the services and scope described in Atlassian's own documentation; they do not automatically certify a Marketplace partner or app.
We do not claim HIPAA readiness, PCI DSS certification, SOX compliance, or blanket GDPR compliance for ProjectClone. Organizations with regulated data should assess the app, applicable terms, and their own requirements before use.
Security Review Information
For a security questionnaire or procurement review, email support with the app version and the specific information you need. Ask for supporting documentation for any control that is important to your assessment.
This page does not promise a ProjectClone audit-log export, a fixed log-retention period, independent penetration testing, or automated threat detection. Confirm any required capability with support before relying on it.
The Marketplace listing currently states that ProjectClone is not part of the Marketplace Bug Bounty program.

- Include the affected app version and a description of the behavior.
- Provide reproduction steps and the potential impact, with sensitive details removed.
- Do not email passwords, API tokens, or confidential customer data.
